FXS Boot Camp
Challenge your mind and body in a fun and safe group setting. With a combination of calisthenics, cardio and strength training, this class is a sure way to get in shape while building camaraderie in a group environment. This class is bodyweight extensive moving your body in ways you never knew you could and you will use muscles you never knew you had, all while having a blast. A challenge for the intermediate or advanced exerciser with a desire to achieve new fitness goals.
FxS Circuit Training
45 minutes Stationed workout, consisting of numerous body weight and weighted exercises, with warm-up and cool-down. A fast paced, minimal rest, and full body workout.
FxS Athlete
Looking for a challenge? Weekend Warrior or looking to get back into training? Interested in how the elite athletes train? If you said yes to any of those questions, then this is right up your alley. Everything from Olympic lifting (power), strength training, mobility, and energy systems training (conditioning). This will all be a goal oriented, structured program broken down into 4-week microcycles so that there can be consistent tracking and adjustment.
FXS KB Class
Are you looking for something new, something that will get your Heart Rate up but still be able to maintain your strength or get stronger. Join our Kettle Bell class. The class is programmed 3-4 weeks at a time working on Power, Strength, and Endurance exercise with a KB. Our instructors will make sure everyone has the proper techniques with a KB, wether you’re a beginner or someone that has had previous experience. This class is designed for everyone and anyone.
FXS Team Training
Function & Strength is the place to train for you or your team to get to the next level. Begin to train at the level you play and see your teams drive increase. When training in a competitive state of mind, your team will learn how to push themselves to that next level. They will find confidence in this and learn to win together and through each other will create a bond that leads to championships. The Strength Coach dedicated to your team will determine proper training volumes, restoration and recovery around heavy competition schedules and teach your team how to live the athlete lifestyle. Your program will consist of speed and agility training, power, strength training and sport specific conditioning. As with all training at Function & Strength, programming and exercise selection will be completely tailored to the physical demands and limitations of your team- you are only as strong as the weakest link. Don’t let that link be strength and conditioning.
